violating the rules and regulations.
• Enter and
use this property at your own risk.
• No target
practice or shooting, illegal substances, hunting, trapping,
harassing local wildlife, archaeological looting, or reckless
riding/driving allowed on the premises.
• There is a 5
mph speed limit in the parking areas. Please keep speeds down to
prevent
accidents and
to keep dust down.
• No glass
containers will be allowed on the trails.
• Vehicles
must stay in the posted areas. Do not venture off posted property,
trails, or tracks.
• All minors
14 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian at all times.
• When using a
winch, a strap, tree saver or some type of cable protection must be
used.
• Vehicles
must be washed - the under carriage and body - to avoid foreign
weeds.
• All vehicles
must carry liability insurance.
• All guests
must carry a valid ID.
• Any property
of guests left on trails over 60 days becomes property of RDY2ROK
OFFROAD, LLC.
• Unlawful
activity may result in fines, expulsion and/or imprisonment.
